AI Mention Audits check whether a creator is surfaced and described accurately when someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity a relevant question, not just how the algorithm treats a post. The results show mentions, citations, gaps, and engine-by-engine differences alongside the classic 13-point checklist.

Every PDF and DOCX export carries your company name, product name, accent colors, cover, and logo, wherever you set them in Settings. NovaScope.io branding does not appear anywhere on the files you send to a client or stakeholder. Agencies typically use their own agency name; solo creators and management teams use their own brand.

Yes. Team and Agency seats are built for a shared roster: import a CSV of creator names and handles and run the pipeline across all of them from the audit tracker, instead of entering accounts one at a time. The Command Center then shows what is in progress, delivered, or blocked across every creator, account, or brand you manage. Solo runs the same full audit, just for one login rather than a shared team roster.

No. NovaScope.io is a hosted platform, so there is no server to set up or maintain. On a paid plan, NovaScope runs the AI providers for you — sign in, connect your platforms, add your branding, and start auditing. No, not on a subscription plan — Nova, Supernova, Constellation, and Galaxy all run on NovaScope-hosted AI providers, so there's nothing to configure. If you'd rather bring your own Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Groq, or Perplexity keys and pay those providers directly, a one-time BYOK license supports that instead — contact us for details.

Nova ($9/mo) is for creators up to 100K followers, covering 1 creator profile. Supernova ($49/mo) is for creators over 100K followers, covering up to 5 profiles or channels. Constellation ($999/mo) covers up to 25 creators on your roster with 15 team seats and CSV import. Galaxy ($2,499/mo) covers up to 100 creators with 50 team seats. The BYOK license option has its own seat counts: Solo is one login, Team includes 5 seats, and Agency includes 15.

Yes. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually with no long-term contract — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Billing in your workspace. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Copy it immediately after checkout — the confirmation page shows it once, and there is no other way to look it up later. If you've already lost it, email help@novascope.io and we can help you recover access. This only applies to the one-time BYOK license — subscription plans sign in with your email, no license key involved.

Depends on how you're billed. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, with no refund or proration for it. Annual subscriptions can be refunded in full within 30 days of the annual charge; after 30 days that charge is non-refundable, though you can still cancel to stop the next year's renewal. One-time BYOK licenses can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you never activated — no workspace password created and no audits run. Once you create a password or run an audit (or invite a teammate), access has been delivered and it is no longer refundable. We never issue prorated or retroactive refunds, and we don't refund your own API provider bills. Full details are in the Terms of Service.

Every BYOK license includes 12 months of Care (updates and priority support, targeted at a 24-hour response). If it lapses without renewal, your workspace is locked from new product updates and priority support — support drops to standard email support, usually handled within 48–72 hours — but running audits and re-scans is not affected, and you keep sign-in access and every report you've already generated. Renew at any time to resume updates and priority support. Care does not apply to subscription plans, which always include support while active.

We store your account email and session, workspace branding settings, the audit records you create (creator name, handle, platform, checklist results, and generated report text), and billing status from Stripe to confirm your license. On BYOK plans, your own API keys are used only to run the scans you request. See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.

Yes. We run accessiBe, an on-page accessibility widget, site-wide — look for the accessibility icon in the corner of any page to adjust contrast, text size, spacing, and other display settings, or to improve compatibility with screen readers and keyboard navigation.
