Sign in with your email and create a password
After payment, go to the login page. Use the email you entered and create a password. That is the same sign-in the login screen asks for — workspace email and password. There is no separate signup form, magic link, or social login.
After checkout, you sign in with that email. If you have not purchased yet, the login page points you back to pricing.
Connect your platforms
Open Settings and connect TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. NovaScope-hosted AI scores your checklist, writes the audit narrative, and powers AI Mention testing across ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity — no keys required.

Add your branding
Still in Settings, set the company name, product name, accent colors, cover, and logo. Those assets show in the header and at the top of every PDF and DOCX export. NovaScope.io branding does not appear on files you send.
Agencies use their own name. Solo creators and management teams use their own brand. Skip this step if you are only testing in the UI; add it before you email a client or a brand partner.
Run an audit — or import a CSV
Create an audit with the creator's name, handle, and platform. NovaScope.io runs the 13-point checklist — captions, on-screen keywords, hashtags, sound and trend, profile and bio, engagement, and cross-platform consistency — plus an AI Mention Audit (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) in one pass.
High-volume shops import a CSV (Creator Name and Handle) and run the roster from the audit tracker instead of entering accounts one by one. Constellation and Galaxy plans are built for that shared roster; Nova and Supernova still run the same checks.
Export a white-label PDF or DOCX
When the report is ready, export PDF or DOCX. Paid plans get a clean file under the branding you set — no NovaScope.io watermark. Test-drive scans stay watermarked and cannot be exported.
Send the file as your deliverable, or keep it in the tracker until the next correction round. The same audit stays in the workspace so you can re-run after the client ships fixes.
